From being one of the first artists in Britain to have a web site, I went to probably the laziest. Things had been added over the years, but site itself had not changed. Now look at me, a brand new web site with Facebook, myspace, and twitter links, things that I have avoided for years. Unfortunately I have had to do away with the outernet sections that I had on the old site, where I would put up poems that people had sent to me from all over the world. It was a very popular area, and I loved receiving, reading, and publishing the work of others, but it is hard work, and I now have to concentrate on my students at Brunel and my work with young people all over the world.
I’m not really into blogging, but from time to time you might find me putting something up here just for the sake of it, and I’m also going to have to come to terms with using facebook etc, but whatever happens my priority will always be my creative and activism work in the real world.
I would like to thank Capriccio for designing and building the site for me, and those of you who have already contacted me to comment on the new site.
Peace.
